Dr. Joseph Rundell DPM, earned his medical degree from Temple University School of Podiatric Medicine in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, where he was accepted into the Honors Society. He then completed an extensive three-year foot and ankle reconstructive surgical residency program at HCA Houston West Medical Center. He returned to his home state of Illinois to complete a surgical fellowship with a focus in deformity reconstruction and diabetic limb salvage and frequently participates in research specific to the foot,and ankle.

Dr. Rundell is a diplomate of the American Board of Foot and Ankle Surgery and is board qualified in foot surgery. He holds additional board-qualification in reconstructive rearfoot & ankle surgery and is a member of the American Podiatric Medical Association, and the American College of Foot and Ankle Surgeons. He uses the latest in minimally invasive and traditional surgery techniques to achieve the best possible outcome.
When not practicing, Dr. Rundell enjoys golf, travel, SCUBA diving, and spending time outdoors.
